Tips for beginners MacRame
Don’t think about your project! Macrame’s great errors and the thing is that you can open your piece again and start again without wasting the material. Your ropes are much longer than the presence of ropes that are very short. If you have a lot of waste, there are many great projects that you can do with all food residue. Check my Macrame earrings or margin earrings, for example, or this decoration with maintenance that you can use to clarify things like baskets and shores. Or you can even make some Macrame Christmas jewelry with all the remaining Macrame Cord scraps. If you are wondering about the best rope size for a suspended MacRame wall? The 4 mm rope is always a good starting point for a standard MacRame project. A thinner type of rope, like 3 mm is better for smaller projects. When using a thicker wire 5 mm, you end up with more cord length. You can learn the different basic knot before the project, but personally I never needed to do this because it is easy to knot and show it to each project. Can I use normal chains, jute or cannabis for MacRame? Yes, you can technically. However, I’m definitely the best Macrame yarns for my DIY projects for sure. You will understand why when you see the wall hanging below and their instructions. The Macrame Yarn Cotton is the most softening and easy to detect. I love spinning detection for projects and this is almost impossible with the type of bone of ropes. Even the artificial yarn I used to hang the outdoor Macrame wall cannot be detected.
So yes, you can use other ropes as a substitute for MacRame, but I prefer not to. It is my preference.
You can even use a mop rope to create a hanging spinning wall.
The basic node used to hang the wall of an easy cunning
In all my projects, I show you how to do both the different Macrame knots in video lessons or step -by -step photo lessons.
Collecting the knot or wrapping – this is not really a knot because there is nothing held. It is a way to tightly wrap the cunning wire around a group of cunning threads to keep it together while hiding the beginning and end of the spinning accurately. Lark’s HEAD knot – Lark’s head knot is usually used in Macrame to connect the rope with a stick or rod (sometimes another piece of rope, too) by folding it in half and shaving it on the object. Square knot – this is the most used node to create patterns through overlapping rows or long node. If you do not switch the knot over the central ropes, the square node turns into a spiral knot. Both are commonly used to make Macrame plants or projects such as Cat Macrame DIY bed.
Below is a picture showing you how to make a square knot by alternately on the right side and the left side around the central ropes.
Horizontal, Qatari, and semi -dual -obstacle vertical vertical (clove knot) – many wonderful Macram patterns are created with a group of this multi -use node. As we mentioned, it can be complex horizontally, diagonally, and a head of unique designs. You can take the work wire mainly and throat about a filth wire twice (or a handful of ropes), and stood it in place.

It is common because MacRame allows people to create a unique and suspended unique wall (or other decorative elements) using reasonable prices and simple nodes, regardless of skill levels.
Macrame is also an innovative and comfortable hobby without being chaotic like drawing. I love her so much! Design and customization capabilities are countless. In addition, the final pieces add a touch of unique Boho Chic to any space, making it a modern option for home decoration.
The materials needed to hang the cunning wall
This is a list of my favorite for my own Macrame Wallhanging projects.

10 unique Macram styles to hang the walls friendly for beginners
Many of these Macrame educational programs can also be displayed on my YouTube channel if you are interested in following me there.
Style 1: comb the mixed spinning wall suspended
This amazing mixture of Macrame and Embroidery Yarn is my favorite, and you can reach all types of groups to fit the size of the wall and color system. A mine is a fairly large Macrama wall.
All you need for this project is a collection knot used to wrap the Macrame yarn yarn with different colors of embroidery threads.

Style 2: Macrame Link Garland Wall Serge
Have you ever seen anything like this wall suspended before? I was inspired by a ceramic wall that I saw on 1stdibs for $ 1655 and I thought I could re -create a similar look with MacRame’s threads. I think it’s a very similar vision.

Style 3: Hadith Macram wall is suspended
This beautiful and unique wall is a mixture of the first wall and the second wall hanging with Macrame threads combed with a square knot. Also, some Macrame threads are held with half Hitch Kare Nots.

Style 4: a unique micramal wreath
Wreath is technically a hanging wall, too. Macrame is unique because I added some thick thin wool to an additional texture to the cut half knot. For me, thick wool details take this beach wall, stuck to the Boho Machari wall to the next level.

Style 5: PIPA Knot Wallhanging
The long and large lumbar cord node is called PIPA, and used the thick macrame rope for that. It is an ideal piece of wall art for a long and narrow wall, as you can see here in my path. (I also including how to make a thick wooden handle)

Style 7: hanging wall feathers macrame
A group of easy -to -suspended pasta feathers make a great and very easy wall hanging as well. All you need is a square knot for this easy project.

Style 8: a hanging paper wall
Macrame is similar to Macrame, but I added a development for me, and you can use it as a hanging wall. I added that the wool is a half -diagonal knots in the same way that I did in the flowers. You can even add some wooden beads to more attention.

Style 6: The heart wall is suspended
Let’s get to some of the easy -to -make seasonal walls. Here you can see my copy to make the Macrame heart wall hanging. All you need is some varieties of double half knot to create a heart style. The color of the added yarn is cherry at the top.

Style 9: Macrame Wall hanging
I think this is the simplest wall hanging from this tour. All you need is ancient metal hanger and attach Macrame threads with some Lark knots for a very fast project.
I also have the hanging Macrame wall that I love, but it is a little more advanced than the simple and very easy Ghost Macrame style.

Style 10: Macrame’s Christmas tree wall is suspended
This Macrame Christmas Tree Haling is the ideal project for holidays and appears somewhat complicated. But it also uses the basic macrame knot such as a half -barrier knots, some square knot threads at the bottom, and some Macrame strings combed in the fabric to form tassels. I added some fictional lights an additional festive touch.

I hope you can re -create some of these murals. If you do this, send me a picture. I would like to see your wonderful work!
Tschüß,
