Thanksgiving is very close! And I can’t stop thinking about all the desserts I want to make before the end of November (and the rest of fall).
So, I thought I’d round up a few of my favorites before things get too crowded. I’ve separated the recipes into different categories for easier browsing (Thanksgiving Breakfast, Appetizers, Dinner, Desserts, and Cocktails).

Thanksgiving breakfast recipes
Admittedly, breakfast isn’t the first thing I think of when it comes to Thanksgiving. But we all need a little something in the morning to tide us over until the big feast.
So! Here’s a collection of breakfast recipes I love—perfect for Thanksgiving morning (or any morning, really).
1. Wreath Cinnamon Roll from The Kitchen
Is a cinnamon roll considered breakfast? I think so! Especially during holidays.
This would be great for both Thanksgiving and Christmas.
2. Matcha waffle
There’s something about matcha’s earthy character that feels like a strong pairing with Thanksgiving.
Definitely off the beaten track of what you might think of on Thanksgiving morning, but I don’t know, I kind of like the idea.
3. How to make French toast in a toaster oven
Something that seems more “traditional” this time of year… French toast, but with a twist.
This has roasted apples, which takes French toast to the next level.
4. Pumpkin pancakes
Pumpkin muffins are an excellent cake, imo. So this seemed appropriate for the day.
I love muffins for breakfast on busy days too. It is easy to use and easy to use.
5. Peanut butter and jelly waffle
The peanut butter part comes from the glaze/syrup and the pancakes have a “jelly” component. So it’s not as strange as it seems. They’re actually delicious. But I can see how this waffle recipe would be more exciting for kids.

Sometimes, you just want to eat something light and easy for breakfast… to balance out the rest of the day.

Instead of spending a lot of time decorating the dinner table for Turkey Day, skip the centerpieces and make an extra-long tablecloth instead.

I feel strongly that the combination of figs, honey, and goat cheese is one of the best flavor combinations available for special occasions.
It screams vacation to me for some reason. And it tastes very good.
