*This post is in partnership with Sézane but all opinions are my own.
I have amassed a large collection of outdoor furniture over the years. Many of them are second-hand, pieces I bought at thrift stores or found on Facebook Marketplace. There’s less concrete to cover with benches in this backyard than in our last house, but I still liked a lot of the sets and wanted to stick with them. Instead of keeping everything close to home, I thought it would be fun to place the tables, chairs, and benches in the woods.
This little kit with Greek key details could probably use a paint job, but I wouldn’t mind the attractive look. It allows it to stand out among all the green colors without being too contrasting. One of the reasons I thought it would be fun to put seating throughout Three Pastures is to encourage coziness. To give a reason to slow down, sit back, and enjoy the scenery. By nature I want to “do,” and there is a lot to do when you live on Earth. But this invites us to sit, communicate and reflect.
Sézane is one of my favorite clothing brands, and I had no idea they also had a flagship line. (Lamps are out of that word!) I chose some pieces perfect for an afternoon in the shade.

I have a few more sets to put together, but I love the surprises in the trees. Have you ever put up outdoor furniture like this? Do you use it?
