My teaching step by step to restore the seat pillow with a new texture.
You can give almost anything to eat or tone chair, completely new look with minimal time and effort!
All six fabric had the seat as well as the back, and all of this was one of the most boring and annoying projects that I have ever done. I prefer not to do it again.
But the process of covering the new fabric was not so bad! The easiest process when you have a chair with a removable ejected seat pillow.
My last project was in my office. I got this most modern chair there for years (this is his best image with a new background and paint):
But the more you turn this room, the more you feel out of the place. I wanted something more comfortable, a little warmer to suit better.
I found the ideal chair on Facebook Marketplace. I liked the warm warm tone and the box in the back:

I didn’t even prevent the fabric – it seemed in good condition, and I got that the neutral color would work well there.
Well, when I picked it, this fabric was removed … which was a problem. But I still want the chair, it would have turned into a project that I was not planning!
This tutorial will show you how to change your chair texture. Some pictures from an old project, because this work was not asked to replace everything
Step 1: Remove the seat pillow.
Most decoration chairs or dining and cushions will have to remove them using a nail or screwdriver. Turn the chair upside down and look for holes in which the long nail may be inside.
You may need to use a manual lamp to find inside and determine the type of screwdriver you will need.
I did not encounter a chair after it does not have a removable pillow.
If the seat seat contains an existing tissue, you will need to remove it after removing the pillow. You can leave it and cover it with new fabric, but I prefer to start new. (Especially if you buy a second side.)
To do this, you will want to turn the seat and seize the fabric or nutrients with the zebra nose:

My chair had a lot of old fabric tufts that are still guaranteed with old food, so I removed the fabric and women. If you do not have pliers like me, the screwdriver and hammer will help.
Press the screwdriver under the primary element to remove it. Perhaps you will need something to catch them on optical nutrients with this method, but you can also try returning it back to the wood.
Step 2: Cleaning the chair before recovery
It is easier sand or cleaning a wooden chair while removing the pillow. If you are planning to restore the paint, this is a suitable time for sand and the paint process.
I wanted to keep the original end, so I gave the chair frame a comprehensive cleaning as I showed you in the entrance entrance arrangements:

Then I used the honey wax air conditioner from this project to get both the wood renewal and look great again.
Step 3: Replacing foam and beating
My seat was in great condition, so there was nothing to worry about this step, but if you have a bad condition, this is a must.
If your chair is very old, it is possible that the old old foam seat will collapse. You will want to remove it and replace it.
This is usually necessary only when recovering a solid seat pillow, not one with springs.
There is a very easy way to do this – put your seat on the new foam and follow it to know the size and the exact shape you will need:

If you are recovering more than one chair, I find that using layers from the highest level of twins is cheaper than buying a thick foam from a craft store or a fabric store.
I usually use a spray adhesive to secure the seat foam on the chair. Once you start recovering, the fabric will help everything to stay safe.
After that, you will need to use some beating to cover your foam. This step makes everything smooth and even fabric. It also adds more filling to the seat that never hurts me!:

You will connect this with nutrients, as you will do the final fabric. It is very easy to work with beating – just pull it somewhat tight and deny the underside of the chair.
Step 4: Cover it with your decorative breeze
I am trying another month not to spend at the moment, so I wanted to use a texture I had on hand to this chair seat pillow. I had some options that I thought would work!
I love this colored velvet sentence, but it did not give me enough contrast:

I had some of this antelope fabric residue from the huge leaflet plate, but I did not like its appearance with the reed:

The fabric is not softening either.
My third choice was very much the best! This dark marine velvet looked great, was soft and comfortable:

I put my fabric and put the seat on the fabric, with the wrong side of the fabric facing the top of the seat base.
Over the years, I learned not to cut her tissue until the recovery process started. Often cut it very small and pull it below the seat enough.
I recommend starting at the back of the seat base to get used to connecting the fabric. Pull the upholstery texture over the bottom of the pillow and start linking with the basic nutrients:

Once you are finished, I always do the other side after that, instead of working around the seat in the clockwise direction. This ensures that the fabric will not be unequal or loose as it stands out.
Be sure to check to make sure that the fabric is tight and there is no wrinkles as it works.
A few years ago, I bought a major pistol for electrical migration and recommended it so hard if you would recover things often. The electric version is much easier to use, and Staples is safer.
If you are not dealing with this DIY project often, then a manual stapler is fine! It is just a little more work.
Don’t be afraid to use a group of nutrients! Especially with a slightly extended tissue like me – you will need more so that the fabric does not fold or collect:

The corners are the most difficult part, but if you think about it like a box wrapping, this is not very bad. Fold the fabric back, then pull the other corner, hit it while I am working:

This usually helps to cut any excess tissue while working on the corners. Just do not cut much until you finish!
By the way, the textile scissors make the pieces the pieces much easier. I could not find me and had to use regular scissors.
Make sure to leave enough fabric throughout the way while you are working so that you cannot see her edge when you return it to the chair. This is what you do not want when you return the seat on the base of the chair:
I made the error several times. Learn from my mistakes!
I just adore the soft, deep blue fabric against wood and stick on the chair:

And yes, the chair is amazingly comfortable!
I love how blue picked up blue dialects in the carpet:

This chair is really a success, especially with our cats! I would like to bring some personality and warmth to my office:

Not too bad to use what I had at hand!
We hope these instructions will help you give old chairs a new life with some new pillow fabric. This is a great way to update the furniture that you already have.
