Why did you build this project?
Several years ago, I built a toy storage center for my young children. This has been a very good project that has endured a lot of use (and abuse).
My kids are older now and don’t play with toys as much, but I didn’t want to donate such a beautiful project. I also needed an expanded mudroom in our basement, as the baby equipment had gotten larger and now took up more space.
So what do you do?
I separated the bench from the bookcase, built a mudroom, and moved it all downstairs
For about $60 in materials, this toy storage center was converted into a clay closet. How cool is this?
