The holiday season is in full swing. To keep my impulsive spending in check, I started keeping a long, ongoing list of things I find interesting and would like to have. I call it guilt-free shopping because the dopamine hit I get from organizing my favorite products almost beats the purchase, that is, if I stick with it long enough. Most of the items on this list came from this process.
Whether you’re browsing for gift ideas or just following for fun, I hope you find something that catches your eye. Here’s my personal holiday wish list for 2024. Find more gift ideas in my annual Holiday Gift Guide!
My wish list for vacation 2024
$150 for a set of 4
I don’t drink alcohol these days, so when I pour myself a non-alcoholic glass, I like to do so in a fancy glass. These glasses have been on my wish list for a while now. I love Sophie Lu’s work.
$349 – $499
Since reading Good Energy, my interest in wearable technology has increased.

Games break away from the monotony of the familiar and bring people closer together — especially if it’s a game created by relationship expert Esther Perel.

I love the burgundy color, style and great fit of this faux leather jacket.

I’ve been looking forward to this piece for some time now. We don’t like using overhead lights in our house, and this lamp will give a really nice glow.

I was lucky enough to have this blush sent to me as a gift and it is a 10/10. It gives a glowing look like you’re walking in -10 degree weather with a little tap of your finger. Would love to be in another shade!
$84
This hat is very cute. It’s available in so many colors – I love the bright red.
$327 On sale for $178
We’ve made some updates to our living room, and I have my eye on these ottomans to create additional seating that doesn’t add bulk to the space.
$575
A special shoe that I can’t stop thinking about.
$30 for a set of 2
I love the shape and weight of these candlesticks. They will be discontinued soon, so get them while you can!

I’m looking for very specific pieces for parts of our home and look at Tappan often to see if new arrivals fit the bill. Marley Colfer’s work has evolved beautifully over the years. Bringing one of her pieces into my home is at the top of my wish list.
$64
A delightful vessel for one of my favorite things in life: perfume.
$150
Lying on the couch with one (or both) of my kids is the highlight of my day. We’ve collected heirloom wool blankets over the years, but it’s nice not to have to worry about the extra care that goes into washing beloved blankets, especially during those messy childhood years. We have one from ChappyWrap that has quickly become our favorite, and I would like to add another one to our collection.
$129
I’ve written about the Antonio Milani and Elisabeth Dammerich collection before (these gloves were in our gift guide) and I love this bright red packaging. I’m still thinking about this top to match these pants. And also this dress!
