Why did you build this project?
I purchased a beautiful nativity set from Amazon and wanted to create a wood background with an authentic, solid look for it. This is a beautiful collection that adds meaning and beauty to our home.
I set it up on our entryway console to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas!
Why we love this wooden stable for a nativity scene project

Beautiful decor item We love how this project adds to our Christmas decor Paint or stain any color, so your nativity scene matches your home decor and other decor
How I built this project
This project is quick and easy to build with just a few tools. You should use thinning tools to make precise and quick cuts.
I cut the pieces according to the cutting list.
Then I glued the back pieces together and to the bottom. Then I attached the bottom to the back pieces.
We then attached the roof and front pieces with glue and nails.
After filling the holes with wood filler and light sanding, this is what it looks like!
