What kind of pork to use
This recipe takes pre-cooked pork-and turns it into a really special thing. I use pork 5 pounds serving 8-12 people. You don’t want to use anything in the bone or not cooked for this method, because they will need to cook for a longer period.

I put the pork grilled in a ceramic dish and a layer on the sake across the entire top and between the slices. Cover the dish with a dish cover or aluminum chips.
It is now time to allow the thermal lamb oven with its magic. Pork goes to the oven low and slow at 250 degrees for an hour and a half. Then take it out and reveal it, and the pork is released with the slices in the pan. Keep the top and then install the heat to 300 to get that wonderful sticky glazing to develop color.

Just a small advice: skip the broken or spiral pork if you are trying to prepare the day before. Trust me, it will dry. If you want a long cooked pork, use pork steps on Easter with orange glazing or easy and amazing pork overnight, and switch to the lap in the recipe for the sake below!
