Alan Williams, Managing Director of Sleep Haven, is reflected over last year, company investments and future expansion plans.
After a fixed start in 2024, Sleep Sleep Haven achieved growth throughout the past year, with the implementation of the main foundations to reach the next level. “The Sunnah was a story of two halves,” says Alan.
“The first six months have spent bedding in systems, operations, creating our white stickers, and creating a culture that would stand against difficult trading challenges and the economic climate.
In the second half, we saw some good growth. Sales have improved a month for a month, and we are now meeting our sales expectations. “
The key to this growth was its investment in its presence on the Internet and the software system, along with its financial store and product offers. “After a slow start, we are now witnessing the growth of the sales that we expected,” Alan said. “It took us longer than expected to establish it, and it took time and effort to ensure our customers take better service in its class.
“There is a noticeable difference between the large retail for sale in retail and work as an independent retail for the family. Trading patterns vary, with peak trading periods and bank holidays that produce large mutations in trade for complications, as independent markets do not see the same height even though sales periods are still stronger for a period Long tallest.
“I have learned a lot about the sector, our customers, and our supply chain, and the entire experience reactivated the entire team and created a passion and passion for what we create.
“Our website was on the web and retail system our largest investment outside our stores. Our website, by Websystem, is now transactions. Our retail sales system is designed, by Stavider Starster Starsters, specifically for the furniture sector and can expand along with any growth works.
“We have also invested a lot of time, money and effort to work with our supply chain to ensure that the range of products is suitable for the purpose. Given 80 % of our group is our own commercial brand, we stand by our values, quality and service provision.”
As Alan says, the team learned a lot during this period, which includes customer visions and movements. “There is a clear shortage of urgency in the market. It is a market for Jupiter and consumers are happy to take some time and shopping.” “Customers not only search for the best price, but they want quality, value and choice, and they want this to reserve and support good service.
“The average value of transactions (the average value of transactions) has been throughout the year, and our customers are ready to pay for a better sleep at night.”
As with any work, the same challenges are often presented, especially for new brands that look forward to expanding their existence. Alan said: “We face challenges every day and overcoming this is just part of our role. The biggest challenge we faced is to create our brand, regardless of what you do, takes time, patience and a lot of effort.
“Our customer reviews have helped greatly in this; we regularly get new works through recommendations and people who visit us because they looked at our reviews.”
With the new year now we have, the Sleep Haven has ambitious plans for the scale now all its foundations are working smoothly. Alan alluded to potential expansion plans, while he also praised her suppliers for all the support that has been received on his journey so far.
“We have built the foundations and settled at work so that we can now look at growth. All our systems and operations have been tested carefully and we are confident that we can now enter a scale at work.
“We are looking for independent stores and a concession store in retail gardens or outside the city’s units, with stores ranging from 3000 to 7500 square feet. Ideally, we are looking for sites in Yorkshire and northwest even though we will evaluate all sites based on Opportunities and profitability.
“I would like to refer to our suppliers and thank them for their commitment and support. We have made a conscious decision when we started working closely with a handful of suppliers who could work with them and trust, and over the past 12 months, we have suspended an excellent relationship with them.
“During this time, we have built a reliable group of brand brands and brands, in all sectors of our target market and we are happy with the results. We look forward to 2025 exciting for us.”
