It was very difficult to choose the right family/project – I wanted to do each of them. I am very sorry that we were unable to meet everyone (and in the real Emily style, I ended up choosing two – just I can’t choose). But like contracting with a new team in the team, it is really a chemistry, design and compatibility, and frankly our collective excitement level. If this is a project I devote my team (through meetings and create content, not design), I all wanted to enjoy it really as possible. Although this is “free” for them (they are not paid), EHD does not pay for renewal, so making sure that someone was serious about doing this and really enthusiastic about doing the work that he will take to dispense with without relying on us, was a major factor. Basically, our home needs a lot of work, and I am somewhat torn on how/what I do with it.
