Whenever I sit to write a blog post, I always think, I will stay quickly – I have a lot to do! However, I definitely find myself dealing with the pictures, and I try (and failed) to narrow them for an elegant and compressed choice. Before I know that, I ended up with more than twenty pictures! But frankly, when the house has a lot of beautiful angles, how can you not share it all?
This is exactly the case with the Cornelia Bernson house. Located in Uppland, north of Stockholm, Cornelia designed this charming cottage itself, where she lives with her partner and her little child. The interior is a warm and attractive mixture of pale and generous coral reef tones, declaring red and mushroom stations – a delicious mixture that feels calm and vital.
As an artist, Cornelia filled her home with her own paintings, adding a fun and fun touch all the time. This creative taste reaches its peak in the hallway, where the bold storage and the fluctuating floor create a theatrical effect – there is no doubt that a smile is brought every time a person steps outside the door or returns to the house!
Enjoy pictures – there is a lot to take it!

The children’s bedroom and the bathroom were drawn in the “pale coral reefs” from Lake.

Beautiful!
It may be difficult to obtain a pink color properly – it is a lot of blue preparation, and risks to finishing shades with ski or even a little purple. but Coral reefs are pale Note at the Cornelia’s ideal balance – Soft and Warm. Do you agree?
I am a great fan of this in light red – which we have seen a lot in Danish homes, like this one and this is also one.
Is there anything that caught your attention in Cornelia’s house?
Why do we not look at a few artists’ homes today? I love:
I mentioned that I have a lot to do this week, and the main reason is that tomorrow, I meet my sisters on a skiing trip across the country in Gilo, Norway! (I have an older sister who lives in Mallorca and one of the youngest sister lives in London.) Have you ever done something like this? If so, what tips? It is the first time that we have ever tried, so we venture well out of our comfort area – but after my amazing trip to Boddy and Lofoten last June, I am keen to discover more Norway!
The good news is, I will bring my camera in the hope of sharing the trip with you in my Scandinavian house after that (you may also want to see some behind the scenes on my instagram stories. Bad news? I will not be able to take the laptop with me (hey, I will only know here.
Thank you very much for your patience, I hope you have the rest of the wonderful week!
Nikki
Note: I look very much to read your comments from Post on Monday and outside it on a glass of wine, it is always a pleasure!
